Tenants' and Leaseholders' Survey 2018
Every two years we carry out a satisfaction survey to build up a picture of how satisfied our tenants and leaseholders are with various aspects of the service we provide.
We use the results to target resources at areas you think should be a priority.
We aim to get a cross-section of responses to represent our tenant population in terms of age, gender, property type and location. We made phone calls to around 1,000 randomly selected phone numbers in January and early February 2018, as well as visiting our sheltered schemes to ask older tenants what they think.
