Tenant Improvement Grant
The Tenant Improvement Grant (TIG) is available to all Dacorum Borough Council tenants and leaseholders. It aims to give our tenants and leaseholders the opportunity to make small improvements within their environment. TIG is all about helping our tenants and leaseholders to step forward with their ideas to improve their communal areas, health and wellbeing, and to build stronger communities. It is important to note that all grant projects will be tenant led with the support of an Improvement and Engagement Officer.
You can apply for a grant as little as £50 up to £2,500, which meet one (or more) of our five priorities to help make life better for tenants and leaseholders.
Please note: If you are successful in being awarded a Tenant Improvement Grant, you may not apply for further funding until the next financial year.
The grant will run from August 2022 to January 2023.
